Oat Banana 🍌 Blueberry 🫐 Muffins

Ingredients

  •  300g oats

  • 2 bananas🍌

  • 2 eggs🥚

  • 200ml milk (0.1% fat)🥛

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

  • 50g Whey protein (flavor of your choice)

  • Blueberries🫐

  • Dark chocolate (optional)

Preparation

Mash the bananas with a fork.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Finally, add the blueberries and dark chocolate.

Place the muffin mixture into a muffin tray and top with blueberries. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40-45 minutes.
