Oats Protein Pancakes🥞🫐

Ingredients

  • 350g oats

  • 1 banana🍌

  • 2 eggs🥚

  • About 500ml milk (0.1% fat)🥛

  • 50g Whey protein (flavor of your choice)

  • A pinch of salt🧂

  • Optional toppings: cherry jam, cherries, plums, peanut butter, honey, etc.

Preparation

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Mash the banana with a fork and add it to the mixture.

Spray a pan with a little coconut oil (over medium heat). Add the desired amount of batter, cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip to the other side.
