Ingridients

  • 200g sour cream

  • 4 eggs

  • 100g grated low-fat cheese (or 100g light mozzarella)

  • 10g flax seeds (or chia seeds -> both are good for digestion)

  • A pinch of salt

  • Optional: vegetables of choice

Preparation

First, separate the eggs and mix the egg yolks with the chia seeds, sour cream, and salt until a smooth dough forms. Then, mix the grated cheese into the dough. Beat the egg whites in a tall container until stiff, and carefully fold them into the dough. Spread parchment paper on a baking sheet and pour the dough evenly over it. Bake the dough in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180°C.

Alternatively, you can fry the dough in a pan. Once done, cut into portions and fill or cover with your preferred filling, roll it up, and portion as you like.
