Love with Oats

Ingridients

  • 50g oats (fine or larger)

  • 1 egg

  • 20g whey protein powder (flavor of choice)

  • 5g baking powder

  • 150ml hot water or 1.5% milk or oat milk

  • Optional topping: berries or fruits of choice; alternatively dark chocolate/peanut butter/zero-calorie

  • syrup, etc.

Preparation

Mix or blend all ingredients until the mixture is smooth and thick. Pour the mixture into an oven-safe dish (optional: add fruit on top). Bake everything in the oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, or in the microwave for 5-7 minutes. Breakfast is ready!

You can also make smoothies, pancakes, or waffles from this mixture.
