🍏 VEGAN APPLE PIE 🍎

Ingredients

  • 100ml coconut oil

  • 100ml sparkling water

  • A pinch of baking powder

  • 350g whole wheat flour

  • 5 apples 🍏🍎

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Preparation

Mix the baking powder with the flour, then add the water and coconut oil. Stir all the ingredients together. Once the dough is ready, refrigerate it while you grate the apples. Squeeze the grated apples to remove the juice, then add 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Divide the dough in half. In a baking tray lined with parchment paper, place the first dough sheet, spread the apple mixture evenly on top, and cover with the second sheet. Bake the pie in the oven for about 40-45 minutes.
