Vegan Protein Cookies 🥜

Ingredients

  • 150g oats

  • 4 tablespoons flax seeds

  • 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds

  • 1 tablespoon mixed seeds

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

Grind the oats and seeds, then add the rest of the ingredients and a little water. Mix everything together until a dough forms. Shape the dough into cookies and place them on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-40 minutes.
