Success can only be guaranteed with a personalized nutrition plan that suits you, your eating habits, possible food intolerances, and preferences. Many people associate a nutrition plan with restriction or think it is impossible to follow. This is where my personalized and varied nutritional concepts come in. They are based on the fact that a healthy diet doesn’t have to be monotonous, bland, or forced. Do you have favorite foods or rituals that you don’t want to give up? No problem – we will consciously integrate them into your plan or find healthy alternatives.

Procedure: The nutrition plan is created together with you – either virtually, by phone, or during an in-person meeting. I will review your current eating habits with you, ask about your habits and preferences, and offer advice on how to implement them into your daily life, as well as possible alternatives.


You will then receive the personalized nutrition plan in digital .pdf format on your smartphone. Adjustments can be made at any time.
