Content is customizable, for example:

  • Circuit training

  • Endurance training

  • Full-body or upper/lower body focused training

  • Body-Weight-Special

  • Back & Core training

Depending on the weather and the number of participants, group training can be held in a gym, outdoors

(e.g., in a park), or at the client’s location.
